Yes, each member walking into the facility must scan their fob. Each household must have an active membership to access the facility.
We know it can feel rude not to hold the door open for others, but for security and member accountability, every member must scan their own key fob to enter the facility. Please do not allow others to enter without scanning their own membership. We have surveillance cameras and we are monitoring who comes in the facility, and letting in others may result in fines, suspensions, or bans from the facility.

If anyone is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by someone 21 years + while using the facility.

You are allowed to use Spotify to play music from the computer throughout the facility, but keep the music clean.
There is a button to the right side of the computer you will need to push, along with the volume knob.
Please do not play music before 4pm on weekdays because of the businesses next door.

Check our cage availability calendar here. This will show what cages have been rented for the day. The others not booked are available at a first come- first serve basis so this is not a guarantee that they are empty, it will give you an idea of how busy the facility might be and how many cages may be available.
